Where does digi.me store my library and can I move it?

By default your library is hidden away on your computer and is only accessible by you using the digi.me application. You can move your Library to any folder on your computer or move it into your {0} account so you can take advantage of Library sharing. Simply click on the Cog and then select 'Settings'. Look for 'Library Location' and click on this to change the location. You can also connect to an existing Library too.

Is it possible to delete an account?

Yes. Go to Accounts and click on the cog of the account you want to delete. You'll see a delete option there. Deleting an account is permanent and all content associated with that account will be removed from your Library.

How up to date is my digi.me library?

Your library is updated every time you sync. We recommend setting up schedules to ensure digi.me syncs regularly.

I think my digi.me is missing some content, what should I do?

Sometimes the networks don't download everything the first time. We recommend running a couple more syncs and if the content is still missing get in touch with us.

My digi.me appears to be stuck trying to download my content, what should I do?

This could be an issue with your internet connection, the connection to the social network or digi.me itself. We recommend that you first restart your computer and try another sync. If that doesn't fix it please get in touch with us.
