Where does digi.me store my library and can I move it?

Your library is stored on your computer and is only accessible by you. Right now moving your library would stop digi.me from working. Relocating your library is due very soon. In the meantime you have various options to export your photos, content and friends from within the app.

Is it possible to delete an account?

Yes. Go to Accounts and click on the cog of the account you want to delete. You'll see a delete option there. Deleting an account is permanent and all content associated with that account will be removed from your Library.

How up to date is my digi.me library?

Your library is updated every time you sync. We recommend setting up schedules to ensure digi.me syncs regularly.

I think my digi.me is missing some content, what should I do?

Sometimes the networks don't download everything the first time. We recommend running a couple more syncs and if the content is still missing get in touch with us.

My digi.me appears to be stuck trying to download my content, what should I do?

This could be an issue with your internet connection, the connection to the social network or digi.me itself. We recommend that you first restart your computer and try another sync. If that doesn't fix it please get in touch with us.
